Welcome to the family! I’m Leyla, the owner of Crazy Rich Girls. My top priority is to provide you with perfection I want to ensure you are 100% happy and that what you see is exactly what you get. That is my personal promise to you.

We are so grateful for your support and can’t wait for you to receive your items! To keep things running smoothly, here is a quick summary of how we work:

Our Shipping Schedule

• Friday is Shipping Day: To ensure every package is perfect, we ship orders once a week, every Friday morning. * Timing: If you order Friday night or over the weekend, your package will ship the following Friday.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please reach out before Friday morning so we can catch it before it ships!

Returns & Refunds

• The Golden Rule: For hygiene and safety, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Timeline: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with fit or if an item is damaged.

• Final Sale: All sale items are final. We do not offer refunds on discounted treasures!

• Shipping Issues: If the post office damages your packaging, we’ll offer a special discount code to make it right. If you’re returning an item because of a change of heart, you'll just need to cover the return shipping at the post office.
